L&T Ecc

L&T Ecc is situated in Navi Mumbai, right in the 400708 area. It's one of those parts of Maharashtra that always feels like it's growing or changing in some way. We have a simple setup here. It is not like those high-rise corporate towers you see in the movies. We just have our space where we show up every morning and start working on whatever is on the list. The commute is what it is, sometimes the trains are packed and other times the traffic is just standing still. We don't worry about it too much though. Once we are inside, it is just about getting the work done. The office gets a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby, but that is just life in this part of town. We spend a lot of time on our desks and making sure the files are where they should be. It is a practical environment. We don't have a cafeteria or anything like that. We just go out to the local stalls when we are hungry. It is a very normal way to spend a workday. We have a few desks, some chairs, and plenty of computers. We've been at this for some time now and we know the routine. It's about being consistent and showing up. Navi Mumbai is a good place for us because it’s connected well enough to everything else we need for our daily tasks.
