You can find us over at Plot No. A-471, on Road No. 28 in the Wagle Industrial Estate. It’s a big area with lots of companies, but we’ve been at this spot for a good while. At Kwality Polymers, we deal with a lot of raw materials every day. The warehouse can get pretty warm, especially when the sun hits the roof in the afternoon. We have a routine down where we check the inventory first thing in the morning before the heat gets too bad. The trucks come and go through the narrow gate, and sometimes it’s a bit of a squeeze for the drivers. Most of us here have worked together for years, so we don't need to say much to get things done. The office part is just a small section partitioned off from the main floor. We keep the logs and the phone there. It’s not the quietest place because of the industrial noise from the neighbors, but it works for us. We spend most of our time making sure the polymer batches are consistent and the bags are sealed right. There isn't anything fancy about our setup, just heavy shelves and work tables. We like being in Wagle because everything we need is close by. It’s a lot of hard work, but we take pride in staying busy and keeping the orders moving out on time.
