Our office for Kumar Builders is tucked away in Thane West, specifically at 102/A Sutravihar on MK Road. If you are looking for us, we are right behind the New English School. It’s a good landmark because everyone in Naupada knows where that school is. The area is always humming with students and parents, which gives the place a nice energy. We’ve been in this building for some time now. It’s a standard office setup, nothing too corporate or cold. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and plenty of files stacked up on the shelves. Working in Thane means we are always on the move, but this spot on MK Road is where we do all our planning. It’s convenient for us because most of our projects are nearby in the 400602 pin code area. We don't have a huge staff with uniforms. It’s just a handful of us who know the construction business inside out. We spend a lot of time talking to people who want to renovate or build from scratch. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when we have a few contractors over, but we make do. We prefer staying in the Naupada neighborhood because we grew up around here. It feels like home, and our clients are often people we see at the market. No big slogans here, just a lot of talk about cement and timing.
