Odyssey Organics Private Limited

Working at Odyssey Organics Private Limited means spending a lot of time out in the Mankivili M.I.D.C. area. Our place is at F1/14, and being in an industrial zone like this in Kulgaon-Badlapur East means there is always a lot of noise and movement. The district of Thane is quite large, but this little corner of the M.I.D.C. is where we do all our processing and office work. It is an industrial setting through and through, with pipes, tanks, and the constant hum of machinery in the background. We spend our hours monitoring the production of organic compounds and making sure the equipment is running like it should. The air in Mankivili has that specific industrial smell, and the roads can get pretty rough with all the heavy trucks passing through. Inside our facility, it is all about the charts and the batches we are running. We aren't doing anything fancy here; it is just hard, technical work that requires a lot of attention. Most of us have been working in this part of Badlapur for years. We eat our lunch in the small break area and then get right back to the floor. It is a long day sometimes, especially when we are trying to finish a specific run. The office side handles the logs and the shipping details, keeping the whole operation at F1/14 moving along as best as we can.
