Kruti Social Foundation

Kruti Social Foundation is tucked away in Wadarwadi, specifically Hanuman Nagar near Mukesh Nagar. It’s a busy part of Pune, and things can get quite loud outside our door. We’ve been working from 883 Wadarwadi for some time now. We aren't a huge foundation with a glass building. We just have a small space where we get things done. Most of the people who work here are from the neighborhood. We see the same faces every day. It makes the work feel more personal. Sometimes we struggle to keep everything organized, but we try our best. We don't have a big budget for decorations or fancy tech. We use what we have. Our main goal is just to be there for the people in Haveli and the surrounding areas. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we have to deal with a lot of local issues all at once. But we wouldn't want to be anywhere else. Being in the heart of the community means we really know what’s going on. We don't do much in the way of public relations. We just do the work and hope it helps someone. It’s a bit of a squeeze in our office sometimes, but we make it work. Just a regular group of people trying to do something decent. We don't have all the answers, but we show up every morning and try to figure things out. It is just life here.
