Kris Flexipacks Pvt. Ltd.

Kris Flexipacks is tucked away in the Wagle Industrial Estate in Thane. We are at Plot No-A-39 on Road No. 11. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren’t used to the layout of the estate. A lot of people find us by looking for the old passport office, since we are right behind where that used to be for many years. The estate has changed a lot over time, but our road stays pretty much the same with its usual bustle. Inside the building, there’s usually the sound of the machines running, printing and cutting the flexible packaging that we make. There are rolls of film and plastic stacked up in the corners, and workers moving around with clipboards and hand trucks. It isn't a quiet place by any means. When the monsoon hits, the roads around here get pretty messy and the puddles are deep, but the work doesn't stop for the rain. We usually have a few tea breaks during the day where everyone gathers outside for a bit of air and a break from the noise. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don't spend much time sitting in fancy chairs; most of us are on our feet or in the production area making sure the machines are doing what they are supposed to do. It’s a steady kind of life, coming in every morning and seeing the same group of people. We just focus on the packaging.
