Kricon Homes Llp is located in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai. We have our office in the Ellora Fiesta building on the 8th floor. It’s a nice spot, Plot No.08 in Sector 11. We’ve been involved in the local housing scene for quite a few years now. Our team isn't very large, and we don't have a lot of corporate layers. It’s just us working on plans and talking to folks who want a new home. Sanpada is a great area because it’s so well-connected, and we’ve seen it change so much over time. We spend most of our time looking at site drawings or visiting construction spots. We aren't the type of people to use big, flashy words to describe what we do. We just build houses and try to make sure they are solid. Sometimes we run into delays with materials or the weather, which can be frustrating, but we deal with it. Our office is a bit cluttered with blueprints and samples, but it’s a working space, not a showroom. We don't believe in over-complicating things. People come to us because they want a place to live, and we do our best to provide that. It’s a straightforward business for us. We just keep our heads down and get on with the next project. We like the work and the people we meet along the way.
