We are located at Deep Darshan, right on M.P. Road in Dombivli West. Specifically, K.Raheja Universal Pvt.Ltd. is in Flat No. 8 on the second floor. Our building is in the Vishnu Nagar area, and we are right beside the Gokul Bungalo, which is the easiest way to tell people how to find us. Bhoirwadi is a busy little pocket. Being on the second floor is convenient because we don’t have to wait for the lift if we are in a hurry. The office is pretty simple. It’s a converted flat, so it has that homey, lived-in feel. We’ve got some desks pushed against the walls and a few cupboards for all the documents we have to keep. M.P. Road can get quite noisy with the rickshaws and the local market nearby, but we’ve grown used to the sound. It’s part of the charm of working in Dombivli. We usually start the day early before the heat gets too bad. There is a small balcony where we sometimes stand to get a bit of air. It’s not a polished corporate space at all. We have mismatched chairs and a fan that squeaks a bit on the high setting. But it’s where we do our work every day. We know the neighbors in the building, and it feels like a very normal, local operation. We just focus on getting through the daily list of things to do. If you drop by, you will likely find us drinking tea.
