Kooheji Contractors W.L.L.

We are based in Flat Number 602 of the Kshipra Building. It’s part of the Jangid Complex on Mira Road in Thane. Being in a flat means our office feels a bit more like a home than a sterile workplace. It's usually busy with people coming in and out to talk about different contracts. Mira Road is a crowded area, so there is always a lot of noise from the street below and the trains nearby. We handle contracting work, which means we are often the middle-men between the clients and the builders. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and checking over documents. The 401107 pin code is where we spend most of our time. We have lived and worked around Thane for years. The building is easy to find once you get into the complex. We don't have a big neon sign or anything. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just knowing we are in the Kshipra building. It’s a practical setup. We have our files in the back and a couple of desks in the main room. Sometimes we have tea with people who stop by to discuss their projects. We just try to get the contracts sorted so the work can actually happen on the ground. It’s a lot of details to keep track of, but we manage. We’re just a regular local business trying to keep things moving.
