Our office is on Station Road in Ulhasnagar, right by the Kalika Kala Mandal. Being in Maratha Section-32 puts us in a very active part of Thane. It’s always loud outside because of the traffic and the station being so close. Kochi Logistics Services Pvt Ltd operates out of this small building. We spend our time managing the local deliveries and making sure the trucks don't get stuck in the narrow lanes. The office is crowded with files and boxes. It's a real working environment, not something you’d see in a magazine. We have a small crew who knows how to handle the pressure. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out. Maharashtra weather can be unpredictable, especially during the monsoon. We try to keep the goods dry and the schedules tight. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and checking maps. We don’t have a big sign, but people know where we are. Dealing with the logistics around here takes a lot of patience. We just keep our heads down and do the work. If you walk down from the station, you’ll find us easily enough. The walk is short, and the neighborhood is always lively with people going about their business. We keep the ledger updated by hand mostly, as it feels more reliable when things get busy.
