K.K.Thorat is based in Navi Mumbai. You can find us at D-17, Sector-04 in the Ashwatha Chs building. This is over in Sanpada-E, which is a pretty active part of the city. We have been working out of this sector for a bit now. The space is simple and serves its purpose for what we do every day. Navi Mumbai has grown a lot, but Sanpada still has that local feel where you recognize your neighbors. Our pin code is 400705. The office inside Ashwatha Chs isn't meant for showing off. It is where we sit down to figure out our schedules and handle the paperwork that comes with the job. We don’t have a lot of people working here, just a small group that knows the routine. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times it feels like there aren’t enough hours in the day to finish everything. We don't go for any of that polished marketing talk. We just tell people we are in Sector-04 and they can come see us if they need to discuss business. It is a practical setup. We spend most of our time dealing with the nuts and bolts of our daily tasks. The building is easy to spot once you get into the right part of Sanpada. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s a regular life for us here in Navi Mumbai.
