We’re based out of Mira Road, which is part of the Thane district. Our office for Keystone Realtors, often known around here as Rustomjee, is in Sheetal Indraprastha, specifically unit C-302 in Sheetal Nagar. It’s a busy part of the suburbs, and there’s always something happening right outside the door. Working in real estate in a place like Mira Road means you never really have a slow day. There are always people asking about homes or looking to see a flat. We don’t treat this like a cold corporate machine. It’s more of a local operation where we know the streets and the buildings well. The office is usually filled with the sound of people talking on their mobiles and the rustle of paperwork. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but being right here in Sheetal Nagar makes sense for the work we do. We aren't interested in using a lot of marketing fluff. We just talk to people plainly about what’s available and what the situation is. Sometimes the office gets a bit chaotic with all the documents and maps spread out, but we know where everything is. It’s just how we operate. We’ve been part of the Thane landscape for some time now, and we just keep plugging away at it, one day at a time, right here in the apartment. It's just a normal way to run a real estate desk.
