Kesar Aluminium India Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No. C/353 in the TTC Industrial Area. This is part of the MIDC zone near Turbhe Naka in Pawane. It’s a massive area dedicated to factories and warehouses. Our place is a large unit where we handle all our aluminium work. It’s noisy and can get quite hot, especially when the machines are running all day. We don’t have any fancy offices or air-conditioned showrooms. It’s a practical workspace meant for heavy tasks. Most of the people you’ll see here are wearing work clothes and are busy moving things around. The roads in Pawane are often full of big trucks, so getting in and out can take some time. We have a small area where we keep our records and handle the paperwork. It’s a bit dusty because of all the industrial activity nearby, but we’re used to it. We don’t use any polished language to describe what we do. We just work with metal and try to do a good job of it every day. Lunch is usually a quick affair, often brought from home or bought from a nearby cart. It’s a straightforward, no-frills kind of life here. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay productive until the day is done. The industrial park has a life of its own.
