Keane International India Pvt Ltd is located in Boisar, which is in the Thane district. Our office is in the Mahavir Gyan building in Mahavir Nagar. It is quite a way out from the main city of Mumbai, so it is a bit quieter here. We have been operating from this spot for some time. The work we do involves a lot of international coordination, but the office itself feels very local. We have a few computers and a lot of notebooks where we jot things down. Boisar has its own pace, and we kind of follow that. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the most famous company out there. We just want to do our work and go home to our families. The commute can be a bit long for some of us, but we are used to it by now. In the rainy season, the roads around here get pretty muddy. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work. It’s a small team, so everyone knows everyone else’s business. We don't have any formal dress codes or anything like that. We just wear what is comfortable and get to work. Most days are pretty much the same, filled with routine tasks and the usual office talk. We just keep things ticking along in our corner of Maharashtra. It is a simple life for us here.
