We work out of 401/B in the Harmony building, which is part of Sidheshwar Gardens in Thane. Our office is located at Dhokali Naka on Kolshet Road. It is a part of the city that has seen a massive amount of construction recently, and we have been right in the middle of it. The office itself is quite simple and mostly filled with folders, site maps, and a few computers. We do not have a big reception area or anyone to open the door for you; it is just a working space for our small team. Most of our day is spent coordinating with people at different building sites across Thane. Kolshet Road can get really jammed with traffic, so we have to plan our site visits carefully to avoid getting stuck for hours. We handle all sorts of construction and renovation work for people in the neighborhood. It is a lot of practical, hands-on stuff like checking on the masonry or making sure the plumbing is going in right. We do not use any corporate jargon or make big promises. We just look at the plans and try to get the work done as best as we can with the materials we have. It is often quite loud in the office with the fans running and people talking on their phones at the same time.
