Karam Sahahi Foundation

The Karam Sahahi Foundation operates out of Shop No 7 in the Krishna Estate building. We are located right on Dubey Baugroad in Hendrapada, which is in Badlapur West. It’s a busy street with plenty of shops and people moving about all day. Our shop isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit in everything we need to keep the foundation going. Thane gets quite humid, so we usually leave the door open to get a bit of a breeze, even if it means the street noise comes inside. We have been here for several years and know most of the people who live around Hendrapada. They come to us when they need help with things, and we do what we can from behind the counter. It’s not a corporate office with a dress code. You’ll usually find us in simple clothes just trying to get through the day’s tasks. There is always a stack of registers and folders that need looking at. We don’t have any fancy goals or things like that written on the walls. We just focus on the practical side of helping the folks who walk through the door. If you’re looking for us, Krishna Estate is pretty easy to find once you’re on Dubey Baugroad. We’re right there between the other local businesses, just another part of the neighborhood. The fan usually clicks a lot but it keeps us cool enough while we work.
