Our workspace is Room No. 682 on Ganesh Mandir Road Number 1. We are in Shivaji Nagar, over in Ambarnath East. It’s a bit of a trek from the main part of Mumbai. The office is small and a bit cramped. We have been in this spot for a while. Being near the temple means we hear the bells and the crowds quite often. It’s a very local atmosphere. We do construction work, so there are always tools or boots lying around the corner. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't had the time. We focus on getting the actual building work finished instead of worrying about our own office decor. It’s a humble place. Most of our neighbors are regular families living their lives. We fit right in. We spend our days talking to laborers and checking on material costs. Everything is getting more expensive, which makes things difficult. We drink a lot of chai from the stall downstairs. It’s how we stay awake during the long afternoons. We don't have a big fancy sign outside. People just know where we are. It’s a simple way of doing business. We aren't trying to be something we aren't. We just work hard and go home. We like the local vibe of the area. It keeps us grounded while we work.
