Our office is tucked away in Shubham Apartment, specifically in units 11 and 12. It’s in the Syndicate area of Kalyan West. This is a residential and commercial mix, so it feels a bit more like a neighborhood than a big business district. Yashica Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from these apartments for a while. It’s a bit different from being in a high-rise office building. We have two units that we’ve converted into our workspace. It’s a bit cozy, but it fits all of us and the files we need. We handle a lot of the local pharmaceutical distribution and management from here. The walk from the station isn't too bad, though it can get quite muddy when it rains heavily. We have a simple setup with desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of metal cabinets for our documents. It’s a quiet place for the most part, though you can hear the local sounds of the Syndicate area through the open windows. We don't have any big corporate branding on the walls, just the usual calendars and office stuff. We like it here because it’s close to the community. Most of us live nearby, so the commute is pretty easy compared to others. We just open up in the morning, check the orders, and get on with our day. It’s a very honest, local way of doing things without any fuss.
