If you’re driving down the Mumbai-Pune Road through Kalwa West, you might have seen our sign at Shri Sai Baba Nagra. We’re located at No. 3 A/12. It’s a small place, honestly. The road outside is always loud with trucks and cars heading towards Pune or coming into Mumbai. That’s just life at East 2 West Services. We’ve been set up here for a bit, dealing with all the various service requests that come through the door. It’s a mix of local people from Kalwa and folks just passing through who need something sorted out. The office isn't anything special to look at. Just a few desks, some chairs for people to wait on, and a lot of paperwork. We spend most of our time on the phone or talking to people who walk in off the street. It gets dusty because of the highway, so we’re always wiping down the tables. Sometimes the rain makes the road a mess, but we stay open regardless. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of branches. It's just us here in this specific spot in Kalwa. We know the local shopkeepers and the tea stall nearby. It’s a practical location for the kind of work we do, even if the traffic makes it a bit of a headache to park. We just get on with it every day and try to keep up.
