K. Raheja Universal Group is located at 3, Nandbhavan on Modi Patel Road in Thane. Being in Maharashtra 401101 puts us in a busy spot, but we’ve found our own rhythm here. The building isn't new, but it’s sturdy and gives us all the space we need for our daily tasks. We aren't a company that spends a lot on decorations or fancy lighting. We have our desks, our chairs, and our files, and that’s enough. Most of the people working here have been around for a long time. We know the local shops and where to get the best snacks in the afternoon. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We just focus on the work that needs to be finished before the day ends. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with documents, but we know where everything is. The traffic on Modi Patel Road can get a bit loud during rush hour, but we’ve gotten used to the sound. It’s just part of being in Thane. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re something we’re not. We are just a group of people trying to run a business as best as we can from our little corner of Nandbhavan. If someone stops by, we just talk to them plainly. It’s a simple life and a simple way of doing things.
