You can find us at Runwal Estate on G B Road, right next to R Mall. It’s a pretty easy place to get to in Thane West. Our office is on the seventh floor, so we get a decent view of the traffic while we work on our drawings. We handle a variety of architectural tasks, mostly focusing on residential stuff around this area. Being an architect means spending a lot of time thinking about how to fit everything into a floor plan without it feeling cramped. We deal with a lot of blueprints and structural details that can get pretty boring for someone who isn't into it. There’s always some phone call to make to a contractor or a site visit to check on the progress of a slab. G B Road is always busy, and sometimes the commute to sites takes longer than the actual work. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just do our drawings, talk to the clients, and try to make sure the building stands up properly. It’s a lot of back and forth with different departments and workers. Our desks are usually covered in sketches and half-empty water bottles. It’s a normal office doing normal work. We’ve been here for some time now and know the local building rules pretty well, which helps avoid some common mistakes.
