J.W.Impex Llp is located in Sector 15 of CBD Belapur. We have an office in the V Time Square building, room 412. Belapur is a great place for an impex business because it’s so close to the big shipping hubs. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and tracking ships. It’s not as exciting as people think, but it keeps us busy. The building is one of those modern ones, but inside our office, it’s just normal. We have a few computers and a lot of paper. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can. Sometimes the customs rules change and we have to spend hours reading through new documents. We don't have any fancy speeches about what we do. We just help people move products from one place to another. Most of our clients are people we’ve known for years. We don’t do much advertising. People usually find us through word of mouth. It’s a small operation. We take our lunch breaks together most days. It’s a good group of people. We’ve had some tough times when things didn’t go as planned, but we always managed to pull through. We just take it day by day. There’s always another ship coming in or another truck to load. We stay focused on that. It’s simple, really. No need to make it more complicated than it is. We keep the lights on and the files sorted. Sometimes we stay late when a big order comes in, but that's just life here.
