We are located in the Tapti Building, which is part of the Jsw Residential Complex out in Vasind. It’s in the Shahapur Taluka area of the Thane district. Living and working out here is quite different from the main city of Mumbai or even Thane city. It’s a bit more spread out and green. Our office is at B-149. Since it’s a residential complex, there’s a real sense of community among the people working and living here together. We deal with the steel operations on a daily basis. It’s a lot of long hours sometimes, especially when there’s a big project or a deadline coming up. The complex is well-known in Vasind, so people don't usually have trouble finding us. We’ve got the hills nearby and the air is a bit better out this way, which is nice. We don't go in for anything fancy or corporate. The office is functional and has everything we need to stay organized. We spend our time managing the day-to-day tasks that keep the steel business running. It’s practical work for practical people who don't mind getting their hands a bit dirty. Most of us have been here long enough that we know every corner of the Tapti Building and the surrounding complex. We don't have a lot of corporate polish or big speeches. We just focus on the job at hand and making sure everything is in order. It’s a quiet but busy life in Thane.
