Being so close to a major landmark helps people find us, even though the building itself is quite modest. We have the ground floor space, so it’s easy to move things in and out. Jin-X Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is a small team. We spend a lot of time talking to doctors and clinics on the phone. The office is usually filled with the sound of the printer going and someone typing away. We have some chairs for visitors, but they aren't very comfortable, to be honest. We focus more on keeping our inventory sorted. The walls are covered with calendars and some old maps of the area. Thane can get very crowded, so we are used to the noise of the traffic outside. We usually eat our lunch at our desks while we work. There is a small window that looks out onto the street, and we see the same people walking by every day. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It is just a few of us making sure the healthcare supplies get where they need to go. We keep things simple and try to stay on top of the daily tasks.
