We are up on the sixth floor of the Mahavir Icon building, specifically in unit B-607. The building is on Plot No 89 in Sector 15 of CBD Belapur. It’s a modern enough area, and there are always people moving in and out of the elevators. At Jergens India Pvt Ltd, we mostly deal with industrial parts like specialty bolts, knobs, and workholding components. Since we are in an office building, we don't do the heavy manufacturing here; that happens elsewhere. Our space is mostly full of catalogs, samples, and computers. We spend most of our time on emails and calls, helping people figure out which specific part they need for their machines. It can get a bit tedious looking through thousands of part numbers, but it’s what we do. We don't have a big fancy reception area or anything like that. It’s just a bunch of desks and some shelves with metal samples scattered around. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks down and we all get a bit grumpy, but usually, it's a pretty relaxed atmosphere. We aren't trying to sound like a giant multinational even though we have a big name. We’re just a small local team trying to keep the orders straight and the shipping dates accurate. If you come by, you’ll probably see us arguing over a technical drawing or trying to find a lost file. It’s just a normal office job where we try our best to stay organized.
