You can find us at Maya Apartment, right on the ground floor. We are in the Kolwadi Dongarpada area of Virar West. It’s a pretty lively part of Thane. We spend most of our time here at Jaycee Homes looking over plans and talking to folks about where they want to live. Being near Chorhe Ali makes it easy for people to find the building. The office is small, just G/1, so it’s not hard to spot. We don't have those big glass walls you see in the city offices. It's more of a walk-in kind of place. We’ve got files everywhere and the phone rings quite a bit. Virar has changed a lot lately, and we’ve seen all the new buildings go up around us. We just try to help people figure out the paperwork and the keys. Sometimes the rain gets really heavy and we have to keep the door shut, but usually, it's open for whoever needs to talk. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get the job done right for the people in our community. Most of our day is spent on the phone or out checking on sites nearby. It’s a lot of back and forth, but that’s just how the housing business works here. We've been at this address for a while now. The kettle is usually on if someone wants to sit for a minute and chat. It’s a simple life here in the suburbs where we just focus on the housing projects.
