Jayant Seafoods Private Limited is based out of Premkamal, specifically room 1001 in the Mansion CHS. We are right over by Pournimachowk in Kalyan West. Working with seafood means our days start way before the sun is even up. It’s a lot of coordination. You have to be quick because things don't stay fresh forever. We spend most of our time talking to the folks at the docks and then managing the logistics from our office here in Kalyan. It’s not always glamorous. There’s a lot of checking temperatures and making sure the trucks are on time. Sometimes the traffic between Dombivli and Kalyan makes things difficult, but we find a way. We’re a small team. We just sit at our desks and try to keep everything organized. It’s a lot of phone calls and messy spreadsheets. We’ve lived in this area for a long time, so we know the roads and the people. We aren't a corporate giant. We’re just local people who know a thing or two about fish. The office can get a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once. But that’s just how it is. We keep it honest and just do the work. No big speeches or fancy goals. Just getting the seafood where it needs to go every single day. It’s a routine that we’ve grown to like over the years.
