Jagrutsara Properties Llp

Our office is in the Town Centre at Canought Circle, which is right in the heart of the Cidco area. Most people around here just call it Connaught Place. We are in Narayan Plaza, specifically on the first floor of the A Wing in Block No 11. Jagrutsara Properties Llp is a small operation, and we deal with all sorts of property transactions. Being on the first floor is great because we can see the street from our window and watch the people going about their business. It’s a very lively part of town with a lot of shops and food stalls nearby. Our office has a few old desks and some filing cabinets that are usually overflowing with papers. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to buyers and sellers. It’s a lot of coordination and checking the same things over and over again. We don't try to make it sound like more than it is. It’s just a job where you have to be careful with the details. We’ve been working out of Narayan Plaza for a while now and we know the other people in the building. It feels like a little community of its own. We just show up every day, drink some tea, and get to work on the files. There’s no big corporate culture here, just us trying to do a good job for the people who walk through our door. We like the atmosphere of Canought Circle and the energy of the Cidco area.
