Jaggi & Jaggi Machine Tools (India)

Our shop is over at Unit No. 27 in the Hasti Industrial Estate. If you know the area, it's right across from the L&T TTC industrial side in Mahape. It's a noisy part of town because of all the heavy machinery around. We deal with machine tools every day, mostly stuff for factories and smaller workshops nearby. The office is small and usually has blueprints or parts lists scattered all over the desks. It gets a bit dusty with all the trucks moving in and out of the estate. We’ve been at this for a long time, so we know most of the people around here. Sometimes the tea stall down the road is the busiest place we visit. We spend a lot of time checking specs and making sure the tools we get are what the customers need. It's a lot of metal and grease, to be honest. My brother and I started this because we knew how to fix things. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just answer the phone and try to help people find the right parts for their machines. It's simple work but it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. The traffic in Mahape can be a real headache during rush hour, so we try to get our deliveries out early if we can. It's just a regular local business.
