Our office for the Navi Mumbai and Thane area is located in the Sahyadri Housing Society in Kalwa West. It is right near the Old Bombay Pune Highway, so the sound of trucks and cars is something we hear all day long. It is a very busy spot, and finding parking can be a real headache sometimes. We use this place as our main hub for managing infrastructure projects across the region. The office is inside a regular housing society, so it feels more like a home than a corporate building. We have several rooms filled with files, maps, and old project records. Our team is always coming and going, heading out to various sites in Navi Mumbai or back towards Mumbai. The traffic on the highway often dictates our schedule for the day. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with different suppliers and checking on the progress of our various jobs. It is not a very pretty office, but it is functional and gets the job done. We drink plenty of coffee to keep going through the long afternoons of paperwork. We don't have any mission statements on the walls, just calendars and site photos. Most of us have been working in this industry for years, so we just get on with the work without needing a lot of direction. It is a high-energy place because there is always a new project starting or an old one finishing.
