Itil is based over in Thane West, within the 400601 zip code area. We do not have one of those big, flashy offices that you see in the center of the city. Instead, we work from a much more modest and practical space. Since we are right in the heart of Thane, there is always a lot of activity outside our door, with people rushing about and cars honking. Our daily routine is pretty simple and mostly involves us sitting at our desks and working through technical tasks or answering customer inquiries. The office is often a bit cluttered with various pieces of equipment and stacks of documents that we need to file away. We are a small group, so everyone has to chip in and help with whatever needs doing at the moment, whether that is fixing a computer issue or just making sure the bills are paid. We have lived in this part of Thane for a long time, so we are very familiar with how things work around here. We enjoy the local atmosphere and usually grab our tea from the same stall every morning. We do not try to act like a big company because we are not one.
