Itd Cementation India Ltd.

We are up in unit B2-703 at Rajlaxmi Park. This is in the Kharegaon Pakhadi area of Kalwa, over in Thane. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s a bit quieter than being right on a main highway. Our office for Itd Cementation India Ltd. is located in this building, and it’s where we handle the coordination for our various projects. Since we are on the seventh floor, we get a bit of a breeze sometimes. The space isn't huge, but it fits our desks and the filing cabinets we need. Working for Itd Cementation India Ltd. from here means a lot of travel to different sites, but Rajlaxmi Park is our home base. We aren't a big fancy outfit with a glass front; we’re just a practical team. We share the elevators with the neighbors and keep a low profile. Most of our day is spent looking at schedules or dealing with supply chains. We don't use a lot of jargon. We just talk about what needs to be done and who is going to do it. The team gets along well, and we usually have a pot of tea going. It’s a very human way to work. We like being in Kalwa because it’s a bit more grounded. We aren't here to give sales pitches. We’re just here to work on cementation projects. It’s a part of the community here.
