Our office is located in Nerul, specifically in the Venus Heritage building. We are in the A-Wing, Flat No. 402. Sector-50 is a pretty good spot in Navi Mumbai to be based. It’s easy for us to get to and from different sites when we need to. We’ve been working on the infrastructure side of things for a while now. The office isn't very large, just a regular flat that we’ve converted into a working space. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which is fine by us. We spend our days going over plans and talking to contractors. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, so we take the stairs if we're in a hurry. You can see a bit of the neighborhood from our windows. It’s a busy area, but once you’re inside, it’s quiet enough to get things done. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the infrastructure projects we have on our plate. It’s steady work, and we like being in Nerul. Most of us have lived around here for years. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just run the business out of this flat and try to keep everything organized so the projects stay on track. It's a simple way of doing business but it works for us and we're happy here.
