We are located in the Ratan Riviera CHSL building, specifically in room 304. It’s on Godrej Hill Road in the Khadakpada area of Kalyan West. Being inside a residential society makes the office feel quite different from a typical business place. We run our chit fund operations from here, and it has been our home for a while now. Thane is a big place, but Kalyan West has its own feel. The office isn't much to look at, just a few desks, some computers, and a lot of paper folders. We spend most of our time dealing with members who come in to pay their dues or check the latest chit results. It can get a bit hectic around the time of the auctions, but we try to keep a handle on things. We don't have any flashy marketing or big signs outside. Most people hear about us through their neighbors or friends. We try to explain how the chit fund works in very simple terms because it can be a bit confusing otherwise. There are no fancy speeches here, just honest talk about money and savings. Sometimes the tea lady is late or the printer jams, but we just carry on with the work. It’s a very local operation, and we like being right here in the middle of where people live in Barave.
