Intelec Microcontrols

Intelec Microcontrols is located at Jugal Baug Lbs Marg, right in the middle of all the bustle. We work on circuit boards and small electronic controls in a space that is usually overflowing with wires and soldering irons. The work is quiet and slow, mostly because you can't rush these things without making a mistake. Our benches are cluttered with multimeters and tiny components that are easy to lose if you aren't careful. LBS Marg is always loud, but once you step inside Jugal Baug, it gets a little bit calmer. We have a small team of technicians who have been with us for a long time. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. Everyone just does what needs to be done, whether that is testing a board or sweeping the floor at the end of the shift. The air conditioner works most of the time, which is good because the equipment generates some heat. We have a lot of old components tucked away in drawers that we might never use, but we keep them just in case. It is a very hands-on kind of environment. Sometimes we spend the whole day trying to find one tiny fault in a control unit. It can be frustrating, but that is just the nature of the job. We keep things simple and focus on the technical side of the business here, just trying to do decent work every day we are open.
