We are based out of Room 103 in the Loknagri Housing Complex. It’s on MIDC Road in Ambernath, which is out on the edge of Mumbai. Being in a housing complex means it feels very local and down to earth. We do design work here at Intech Designs India Pvt Ltd. It’s a lot of time spent in front of computer screens or looking at technical drawings. Ambernath is a busy place with a lot of industry nearby, so there’s always a lot of noise and movement outside. Our room is small but it has everything we need to get through the day. We aren't one of those big firms in the center of the city with glass elevators. We are just regular people doing technical work. Some days we are busy from morning until late at night trying to get a drawing finished. Other days are a bit slower and we just catch up on paperwork. The train commute into the city can be a real grind, so we’re glad to have our spot right here in Ambernath. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working at our desks. We take our work seriously but we don't try to act like we are better than anyone else. We just focus on the designs and making sure the numbers add up. It is a straightforward job and it keeps us occupied throughout the week.
