Innova Rubbers is out at S/28 in the MIDC area of Tarapur Boisar. If you know the industrial zone here, you know it’s a lot of factories and warehouses. We fit right in. It’s a busy environment with a lot of manufacturing going on 24/7. Our unit is focused on getting the rubber products out the door. It’s a bit hot and noisy in the plant, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We have a small office attached to the front where we handle the admin and orders. It’s not a place for suits and ties. Most of us are in work clothes because we’re often out on the floor checking the machines or the stock. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or television ads. Most of our customers find us because they need specific parts and they know we’ve been here at S/28 for years. We’ve got a loyal crew, many of whom have lived in Boisar their whole lives. We value that kind of stability. Sometimes the power goes out or there’s a delay with a shipment, but we just deal with it and move on. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We’re just here to do a job and do it right so we can go home to our families at the end of the shift.
