You can find us at Shop No 17 in the Nandi Building, which is part of the Shiv Dham Complex in Kansai. It’s a small shop space, so it’s easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. We are the Initial Contractors Welfare Association. Basically, we are a group of contractors who decided to get together and help each other out. Being a contractor can be tough, and having a place to meet up and talk shop is important for us. The Shiv Dham Complex is a busy place with people coming and going all the time. Our shop isn't very big, mostly just enough room for some chairs and a table where we can look at plans or talk about work. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of all the construction nearby, but that’s just how it is. We don't have a big budget or anything fancy. It’s just a practical place for practical people. Most of us have been in the trade for years. We know how things work on the ground. We don't need any polished presentations or marketing stuff. We just need a spot to coordinate and make sure everyone is doing okay. If you’re a contractor in the area, you probably already know where we are. We are just regular guys doing a job. Sometimes we stay late talking about projects or sharing advice on how to handle a difficult site.
