Infrastructure Company

We’ve been working out of the Mumbai Suburbs for quite some time now. Infrastructure Company is what we call ourselves, mostly because it’s exactly what we handle day in and day out. It’s busy around here, as anyone who lives in this part of the city knows. We spend a lot of our mornings just navigating the usual traffic before we even get to a site. Our office isn’t anything fancy, just a place where we keep our files and meet up to figure out the week's schedule. Building things in a place as crowded as Mumbai takes a lot of patience. You have to deal with the rain, the heat, and the constant noise. We just try to get the work done without making too much of a mess for the neighbors. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than the actual construction, which is frustrating but that’s just how it goes. We have a small team, mostly local guys who know the streets and the shortcuts. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. People usually find us because they saw us working on a nearby road or a bridge and asked for our name. It’s practical work. We aren’t trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the roads and structures stay solid so people can get where they need to go. Every day is a bit different, but the goal is always the same: finish the job and move to the next one.
