Indy Culture And Traditions Llp is located out in Airoli, Sector 19. We are in the Ajanta Empress Chs, specifically at flat C 511. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s a bit quieter than being in the middle of Mumbai. We focus on items that have a bit of local flavor and tradition to them. Working from Plot No 52 in Navi Mumbai means we have a bit more space, and the commute isn't as bad for some of us. The office is basically a converted space where we keep our samples and records. We don't have a big storefront or anything like that. Most of our day is spent coordinating with people and making sure the cultural pieces we handle are sorted properly. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we take the stairs. It’s just how it goes in these societies. We usually have lunch together and talk about whatever is on the news. It’s a small team, so it feels more like a family than a big corporation. We don't have fancy titles or big offices. Everyone just chips in where they can. We've been in this part of Thane for a while and like the neighborhood. There are some good chai stalls nearby that we visit in the evening. It’s a straightforward life here, just keeping the business moving and staying busy with our daily routines.
