Industrial Manufacturers

We’re over at R-255 in the T.T.C. Industrial Area, right in the middle of M.I.D.C. Rabale. If you know the area, you know it’s packed with units just like ours. Industrial Manufacturers is a name that doesn't hide much; we make things for industries. The shop floor is usually a bit cluttered with raw materials and half-finished projects. It’s loud because of the machines, and the smell of cutting oil is pretty much always in the air. We have a small office section where the phone sits, and it’s usually covered in notes and blueprints. The guys in the back are the ones doing the heavy lifting, literally. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy; if the doorbell rings, whoever is closest to the front goes to see who it is. We eat our lunch together in a small corner near the back exit. It’s a hard-working atmosphere where we don't worry too much about appearances. The main thing is getting the orders out on time so we don't have stuff piling up. Rabale can get pretty crowded during shift changes, so we try to time our movements around that. It’s just a regular factory life, filled with the sounds of metal hitting metal and the steady hum of motors. We just keep plugging away at it, seeing that the parts we produce are what the customers asked for when they called us.
