Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd.

We work out of Arihant Apartment, specifically in Phase II, room 303. This is over on Dutt Mandir Road in Virar West. It is part of the M B Estate. We are Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd and this is our local branch. Virar is a busy place and our road gets quite a lot of foot traffic. Our office is inside a residential complex, so it feels a bit more like home than a cold office building. We have been here for a bit now. There is a temple nearby so there are always people moving around. We mostly handle things related to local property deals and management. It is just a small team of us sitting here. We do not use big words or try to impress people with fancy furniture. We have some desks, some plastic chairs for visitors, and our computers. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who live nearby. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of files, but we manage. If you are coming from the station, it takes a little while but it is a straight enough shot. We usually have the windows open to catch the breeze. It is a practical place to work. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized. There is usually someone here during the day to answer the door or pick up the phone.
