Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd, Mumbai

This is our spot in Palghar, specifically in the Mykhop area near Kelveroad. We are out here by the Western Railway line. It is a bit of a trek for some, but it is where we do our work for Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd. The place is called Tithroop. It is not a big corporate building like you might see in the middle of Mumbai. It is a bit quieter out here which is nice sometimes. We spend our time looking at land and talking to people about where they want to live. Being in Thane district means we see a lot of changes happening around the area. We have our files and our computers and we just get on with things. Sometimes the local trains are the best way to get here because of the traffic. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that writing this. It is just us. We deal with the day-to-day tasks that come with real estate. It involves a lot of phone calls and checking maps. The office is functional. We have a tea stall nearby where we go for breaks. It is a regular job for us. We just try to make sure everything with the properties is handled correctly. If you are looking for us, just head towards Kelveroad and ask for the Mykhop area. Most people around here know where Tithroop is. We usually have the windows open to get some fresh air.
