You can find India World Tours & Travels over at the Amargyan Industrial Complex in Thane West. We are in unit A 5, which is right opposite the new ST Stand in Khopat. Being near the bus stand means there is always a lot of movement outside, which we’ve gotten used to over the years. We spend our days arranging tours and sorting out travel documents for people. It is a lot of paperwork, honestly. We have desks piled with brochures and files, and the phone rings more than you’d think. People come in looking to go to different parts of the country or even abroad, and we do our best to find something that fits. We aren’t some high-end luxury agency. We are just a local office in an industrial complex doing honest work. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to wait for pages to load, but that’s part of the job. We know the Khopat area well since we’ve been here so long. Usually, people just walk in after seeing our sign while waiting for their bus. We sit them down, offer some water, and talk about where they want to travel. It is a lot of back-and-forth with hotels and transport providers. We just try to keep things clear and make sure the bookings are actually confirmed before anyone leaves the office. It keeps us busy from morning until late evening, making sure all the travel details are sorted.
