You’ll find India Gypsum Ltd. located in the Charkop Village area of Kandivali West, Mumbai. We operate care of Dhanaji Dhnyanu Karpe at the Chandrakant Bhandari Chawl. It’s a very local spot, right near Dingeshwar Talao, which is the pond everyone knows around here. Working out of a chawl is a bit different than being in a big glass tower, but it keeps us close to the ground and the real work, which we like. We deal with gypsum materials for all sorts of building projects. The neighborhood is always busy, and there’s always something going on near the talao. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of people in suits. It’s just us here, handling the orders as they come in and making sure things get moved to where they need to go. Charkop has a real community feel to it, and we like being part of that vibe. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the narrow lanes, especially when we are trying to get supplies in or out, but we make it work somehow. We speak simply and we don’t try to impress anyone with big words. We just know our business and we stay busy with the local builders and homeowners who need gypsum.
