ILIOS VENTURES LLP

Our place is located in Nerul East, specifically in Sector 21. If you know the area, you probably know the Shiv Parvati C.H.S. building. We are in the D/41 unit there. It is a residential kind of building, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We’ve been running ILIOS VENTURES LLP from this spot for a while. There isn't much to say about the decor, it's pretty basic with just desks and chairs. We deal with various venture projects, which basically means a lot of meetings and phone calls throughout the day. The station isn't too far, which is handy for people coming in. Usually, it's just a few of us here. We don't really do the whole suit-and-tie thing. It’s more of a casual vibe where we just focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us moving, I guess. We like being in Nerul because it’s a bit more relaxed than the main city parts. People around here are friendly. We keep our doors open during the day and just get through the work list. It’s a straightforward setup. Nothing fancy, just a small business trying to keep things moving. We’ve been in this Sector 21 spot for some time and it works for what we do. There is no big sign outside, so you just have to look for the building name.
