Ik Singh Export Private Limited

Ik Singh Export Private Limited is based out of Shop No 06 in Nirmala Park, located on Haji Malang Road in Adawali Village. It’s over in Kalyan East, Thane-421306, which is quite a distance from the main Mumbai hub, but it suits us just fine. Being in a shop unit means we are right at ground level, so we see everything that happens on the road. The area around Adawali Village in Maharashtra is a mix of old houses and some newer buildings, and it has a very local, neighborhood feel to it. Our office isn't very large, so we have to be organized to keep everything in its place. We have a few computers set up and a table where we can sit and go over the day’s plans. The shop gets a bit of dust from the road, so we are always wiping down the desks in the morning. It’s a straightforward setup where we focus on getting our export paperwork and orders sorted out without any distractions. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know the routine well. In the afternoons, it can get pretty warm, so we keep the fan going and maybe have a cold drink while we work. People from the nearby shops often say hello as they pass by. It’s a very grounded way to work, and we like being part of the local community. We close up the shop each night and walk home.
