Our workplace is at Plot Number 26 in the Kalpataru Industrial Estate. This is on Ghodbunder Road in Thane West, tucked right behind R Mall. Being in an industrial estate means it is a very practical environment. There are always trucks moving and the sound of other businesses working nearby. Our space has high ceilings and plenty of room for our equipment, which is good because we need the space. It isn't a fancy office. We have metal workbenches and concrete floors. It gets quite loud when we are in the middle of a project, but we’re used to it. We’ve been based here for a good while. In the summer, the heat can be a bit much under the industrial roof, but we have big fans to keep things moving. We aren't the type to use a lot of corporate jargon. We are just a group of people who enjoy making things. If you visit us, you’ll see we are usually in the middle of some task, probably with dirt on our hands. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. People find us because they know we are here in the estate. We take our breaks in the shade outside when we can. It’s a straightforward, hardworking environment. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us and try to do them right. It’s a steady way to work and we appreciate the space we have here.
