You can find us at 3, Shree Sai Yash Chs, on Plot Number 124 in the Kansai Section of Ambernath East. We are part of the Icicibankltd branch network here in the Thane area. Being located inside a cooperative housing society means we are right where the people are. It’s not a huge, cold bank branch; it feels more like a local service point. We spend our days helping people with their daily banking needs, whether it’s checking a balance or sorting out a problem with an account. The office can get pretty crowded, especially on the days when people get their salaries or when it’s the start of the month. We have a few counters and some desks in the back where we handle all the filing and computer work. It’s a lot of face-to-face interaction, which we like because you get to know the residents of Ambernath pretty well. We don't have any big corporate mission statements hanging on the walls. We just focus on getting the lines moving and making sure every person gets what they came for. It’s a straightforward job in a busy neighborhood. We’ve been here for a while and we’re just a regular part of the Kansai Section now. We just do our work and try to keep things organized for everyone who walks in. It isn't always perfect, but we get the job done every single day.
