Icici Prudential Life Insurance

Our place is in B-2/21, Girnar Mahal, right on Ambadi Road in Vasai West. It’s actually inside a residential building, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We’ve got a few rooms where we keep all the insurance records. It’s usually a bit cramped because we have so many files tucked away in every corner. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while, and the people in the building know us well. During the day, you’ll hear the normal sounds of the neighborhood mixed with the sound of our old dot matrix printer. We spend a lot of time sitting and talking to people who live nearby. They come in with their policy papers, sometimes a bit crumpled, and we help them figure out what needs to be signed. It’s a practical setup. We don't have a big reception desk or anything. You just walk in and someone will be there at a desk ready to talk. Sometimes we share a snack during the afternoon lull when things quiet down. The commute for most of us isn't too bad, which is a plus. We handle the life insurance side of things for the folks around here. It’s steady work. We don't make a big deal out of it, just keep the records straight and make sure the paperwork moves along to the next stage. It’s just a normal day in Vasai for us, nothing more and nothing less.
